Start by frying the bacon until crisp. Set aside.

While the oven is preheating, slice the brussels sprouts in half.

Coat the brussels sprouts in bacon fat before placing cut side down on a baking sheet.

While the brussels sprouts are baking for 20-25 minutes, add bacon to the pecans.

Top with maple syrup.

Stir to coat.

Add a sprinkle of salt.

Add the maple pecans to the roasted brussels sprouts.

Toss to evenly distribute.
