Naturally Dyed Eggs with Herbal Tea - Grow Forage Cook Ferment

When making the dye, it's important to use either a mordant or a modifier. A mordant helps to set the color on the eggs and a modifier changes the color of the dye.

For the mordant I used alum & for the modifier, vinegar.
