How to Make Hard Cider
INGREDIENTS:
apple juice brown sugar cinnamon stick
champagne yeast cloves raisins
Gather your ingredients
heat apple juice and stir in brown sugar
Add raisins, cinnamon stick, & cloves to a jug
fill jug with apple juice
shake it up
check that the temperature of the juice cooled to 90°F or less
add yeast & shake some more!
attach the airlock
allow the hard cider to ferment for 3-4 weeks in a cool place
