If you find yourself with an abundance of unripe tomatoes this time of year, canning green tomato salsa is a must!

Combine the tomatoes, hot peppers, onion, garlic, & lime juice in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then stir in the spices.

Fill your canning jars + process for 20 minutes in a water bath canner.

Serve with grilled fish, over enchiladas, on top of tacos....

or simply with your favorite tortilla chips!
