Homemade orange curd made with whole eggs, is a simple & delicious way to preserve fresh oranges

Juice & zest your oranges

Cream the butter & sugar

Add the egg yolks & whole eggs one at a time

whisk in between each egg

whisk in the orange zest

Add the orange juice

Heat the mixtue over a double boiler

Keep stirring to avoid scrambling the eggs

Once thickened enough, remove from heat

Pour into jars

Your new favorite topping for toast!
