This herbal oxymel recipe with sage & ginger is easy to make and has many benefits for the immune system

Fill a jar 1/4 full with fresh ginger & sage

Fill the jar halfway with apple cider vinegar & top with honey

Wipe the jar rim, cap the jar with a lid

Infuse for at least a week & up to 30 days

Strain out the sage and ginger with a fine mesh strainer before using

Store the oxymel up to 6 months in a cool, dark space

Take 1-2 tablespoons 2-3 times per day when you feel a sickness coming on
